All SINGLE orders of $60+ (pre-tax) ship FREE! Orders of $59.99 or less ship for a flat rate of $6.99. We will upgrade your order to Priority Mail if you choose for $9.99. If you qualify for free shipping, we use USPS ground advantage. If you wish to upgrade your free shipping to Priority Mail, please select the flat rate shipping of $6.99 and make a note at checkout. We’ll ship it Priority at the Ground shipping rate instead!

We ship all ready-to-ship items within 2-3 business days. We are in the office Tuesday-Thursday so orders from Friday will be processed for shipment on Tuesday. Any custom orders take 7-10 days for completion pre-shipping. After that, USPS is in control of the turn-time. We are in Missouri (middle of the US) so most orders will arrive with our standard shipping within 2-3 days (outside of holidays, weather issues, etc). Once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible and you will have to reach out to USPS for updates and information on your tracking number (sent via e-mail when processed for shipment)!

Most orders will arrive within 2-3 days from shipment with standard shipping - but ultimately, this timeline is determined by USPS.

We hope you are happy with your purchase and love what you receive! Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your purchase if shipped to you.
We gladly accept qualifying returns for store credit within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
Qualifying Returns:
- Original Condition: Items returned to us must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition. The items and packaging must be free from defects, stains, odors, or any signs of use/wear. All tags must be attached.
- Condition Check: Items showing obvious signs of use, including makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains, may be refused.
- Prior Approval: Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Jewelry, customized items, and preorder items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as sale items, ‘outlet’ items, and items marked ‘LE’ or “LIMITED EDITION” are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return as they are either one-of-a-kind or a closeout item.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at ________. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 8 hours of order and can be submitted via email to ________. If you have received a shipment email and your order is on the way, we are glad to offer a refund when the shipment is returned to us (return shipping payable by buyer).

While we do offer store credits to 'exchange,' we are unable to issue store credit until the returned item(s) are received, reviewed, and a store credit is issued for you to re-purchase another item. Our inventory moves quickly and we will do our best to get you the exchanged size or item you are wanting!

At this time, we do not ship internationally on our website. For some purchases, we are able to issue an invoice and can charge an international customer the exact shipping charge. Please e-mail hello@embygoods.com to work with our team directly and get a package headed to your country!
