This is NOT a physical item; this is a digital file to be used with an embroidery machine.
Due to the nature of the file, no returns are allowed. You can use this file for any projects on your embroidery machine but resale is prohibited.

A little note: we have been BURNED through the years buying embroidery files that don't stitch cleanly, take forever to stitch, are too dense, etc! Our designs are ALL test stitched OR used in our own products. We also include the size(s) AND stitch counts for all designs so you're never guessing on the time for them OR taking a risk on quality! ;)

We ship within 3-5 business days for most items. Orders with custom items may take 5-7 business days for shipping (or longer if they're a pre-order item)!
