How to Use:

• Clean and dry your feet
• Apply the balm generously to heels, feet, and toes, paying special attention to rough, dry, or cracked areas
• Allow the balm to absorb for a few minutes before wearing socks or shoes. For best results, apply after bathing.

Moisturizing Heel Socks

• Place Moisturizing Heel Socks on clean, dry feet
• Adjust the socks so that the gel lining is over your heels
• Wear for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight for maximum efficacy
• Hand-washable and reusable. Do not tumble dry.
